Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to ParkingPilotAI, a parking-operations product operated by Rapolu`s in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By registering, purchasing, or using the service, the customer agrees to these terms.
1. Service
ParkingPilotAI provides configurable vehicle entry and exit operations, acknowledgements, pricing, collections, team permissions, usage balances, and reports for approved parking locations. Features vary by role, configuration, subscription, device, and provider availability.
2. Customer accounts
Customers must provide accurate business information, keep credentials confidential, assign only authorised users, and promptly remove access that is no longer required. Each customer is responsible for activity performed through its accounts and for complying with laws applicable to its parking operation.
3. Prices, subscriptions, and credits
The application displays the applicable subscription price, acknowledgement quantities, taxes, discounts, and final amount before payment. SMS, WhatsApp, and Print credits are separate consumable balances unless expressly included in an offer. One applicable credit is deducted when the corresponding acknowledgement is successfully generated or accepted for delivery according to product rules.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by an authorised third-party payment provider. A payment attempt does not itself grant service or credits. ParkingPilotAI updates balances only after receiving verifiable confirmation of successful payment. The customer must not manipulate callbacks, transaction references, or payment status.
5. Customer data and communications
Customers must have a lawful basis to enter vehicle or recipient information and to send SMS or WhatsApp acknowledgements. Message delivery depends on correct recipient information, available credits, provider availability, template and regulatory approval, handset/network conditions, and applicable messaging rules.
6. Acceptable use
Customers must not use the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, spam, fraudulent payments, unauthorised access, security testing without written permission, reverse engineering prohibited by law, or interference with other tenants, locations, users, or infrastructure.
7. Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, internet or cloud outages, device conditions, and third-party providers may affect operation. We may make reasonable product and security changes while preserving purchased entitlements and applicable consumer rights.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended for material non-payment, misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or breach of these terms. Customers may stop using the service and request account closure, subject to outstanding payments and legally required record retention.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParkingPilotAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate customer data, unlawful customer operation, external network failure, or third-party provider failure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law and contact
